I hold Advanced Practitioner and Post Graduate Diplomas from the International Institute of Clinical Hypnosis as well as being a certified Practitioner in Thought Field Therapy (TFT) from the same Institute. I am also a full member of the Welsh Society of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists. I am also experienced in cognitive-behavioural psychology, life coaching and wellness and I will use my combined skills and knowledge to formulate and deliver an individually-tailored plan to assist you in achieving your goal/s, whatever they may be.
